Met-Con constructed the 60,000SF food grade facility in North Mankato. Construction is complete and the building is available for immediate occupancy.

This Food Grade facility has 6 dock doors with 50,000LB automatic dock levelers and dock locks with a master control panel. An additional 12 trailer parking spots are available in the 205″ deep trailer sparking lot. The building is lit with LED lighting with occupancy and daylight sensors to help keep utility costs down for the tenant occupying the space. The building is also furnished with ESFR fire protection systems.
